About
This non-stackable micro-credential equips stakeholders with the knowledge and skills to effectively assess learners with special needs and other additional needs in inclusive and special education settings. Grounded in national policies and aligned with DepEd’s inclusive education framework, this module equips teachers to develop and implement responsive assessment practices. It guides educators in selecting, creating, and using locally available assessment tools, adapting classroom assessments, and utilizing data to inform instruction. Through the exploration of local case studies, practical classroom strategies, and collaborative approaches, educators are supported in designing assessments that are fair, learner-centered, and culturally responsive to empower all learners to thrive.
